Ayala Bar, a well known jewelry designer in Israel, works magic with small glass seed beads, stones, crystals and fabrics. You can read more about Ayala Bar in her own words.
Her style is defined by 3 major collections:
Classic, decorative beading, often mosaics placed into well-defined areas, combining colors in a tasteful and sometimes surprising way. This is a very Byzantine era style, time consuming to make and timeless to wear. The metals will be silver plated over a base metal.
Hip (we call it Fab) styles work unusual fabric compositions with metal, stones, crystal and glass.
Signature style was introduced in 2007, larger multimedia beads worked into funky trendy short and long necklaces.
Ayala Bar creates two seasonal collections per year in each of the above styles, quantities are limited to a short production period and thus collectible!
