The large stones in this necklace pendant are CHIASTOLITE, also known as Cross-Stone because of the notable cross shape revealed by mineral deposits. The colors are dark mauve, taupe, brown and charcoal. Top stone measures 1.75 inches across, both are captured securely in peyote stitch. The rest of necklace is mauve-beaded and knotted, incorporating 1/2 inch faceted triangles of LEPIDOLITE, a pretty pink plum stone with charcoal marbling. Pendant is 4 inches long altogether, necklace is 18.5 inches long. Sterling silver clasp in heavy leaf motif, hook and eye style.
CIAVERELLI DESIGN is named after Lynn Levitt's daughter who inspired her to revisit a childhood passion for rocks and gems.
