Contemporary squared vase is 6 inches tall, tapers from 2-1/4 inches up to 3-1/2 inches at the top, ideal for flowers or pencils. A colorblock motif with matte finish glazes in sponged texture, colors separated by white stripes or squiggles. Black dots and lines in random designs work across the space that is different from every angle. The matte colors are darker black, navy, light periwinkle and olive brown Glazed white inside and ready to hold anything. Signed "Marcea" on the bottom (Marcea Reid of Henderson, Nevada), the vase is an earthenware lowfire clay that is food safe and water tight from the glazing and fired at almost 1900 degrees.
