Hard case construction with brushed brass metal frame, one end is engraved "Mary Frances 20th Anniversary", celebrated in 2009! Measures 10 x 3 x 2 inches, opens from hinged bottom. Top closes with metal snapping hinge that is adorned with clear crystals and flower motif. Interior lined in gold silk with two small open pockets. Shoulder chain with fancy links is detachable, and can be attached but tucked inside. Exterior is covered in yummy soft metallic gold leather with a bit of fern design by tucking and folding the leather gently. On the front are antiqued golden chains and dripping clear crystals with antique white glass pearls. A large sculpted flower off to one side also reflects a 5-pointed star motif, clearly Mary Frances is a star...and you can feel like one too when you carry this bag!
