Handbags made in Maine, somewhere in the middle of an alfalfa field! The name "Erda" is an ancient goddess of seasons and productivity, pretty much depicting the creative spirit and environment where they are made. Erda began in 1971 by Patti Dowse, who now has 14 collaboraters. The bags feature interesting shapes in either ultra soft deerskin, or boldly printed fabrics. Some are reversible, some have versatile straps to wear long, short or around the waist. All bags are roomy and casual.

Made with woven fabric in black/yellow tight background (looks greenish) and the spirals of orange, melon, copper, fuchsia, cleery, blue and seafoam. This is accessed with two smaller angular zip pockets on the lower front, and full angular zip across top of front.
