J.P.Ourse has been making leathergoods since 1990 with cowhides from high in the Andes of Bolivia, ideal for unblemished skins. We offer their travel pieces as well as the John Cole collection of handbags introduced in 2006. The full grain leather is aniline and drum dyed that allows the leather grains to show and color through-and-through, blending softness with durability.

Measures 12 x 6-1/2 x 4 inches, in soft pebble texture leather that is dyed a pretty sky blue turquoise. On both ends are cell phone sized pockets with flap covers that close with snaps. On the back is a zip pocket. On top, are two zippers with pull tabs, to open each of two compartments! The zippers are a navy blue for contrast. Both compartments are lined in gold fabric. One has a cell phone pocket. The other has a small zip pocket, and detachable key chain holder. The 24 inch shoulder strap of the same leather is attached with chrome rings to the body, with the clean line look in design from sides upward.

Sleek hobo shape, this is a pleasing medium sized bag that measures 13 x 4-1/2 inches toward the bottom, 5-1/2 inches tall at the center, and extends up 12 inches tall before the strap crosses over the shoulder. Made in pebble texture leather that is an almost-white color, a bright seafoam white they call it, not yellow in any way. But that is supplemented by a zipper pocket in back, and the 3 open gathered pockets on all the other sides! The smaller pockets on each end are possibly ornamental, but should you choose to use them, the black leather thongs can be unknotted to loosen and open a bit wider. The larger front pocket is elasticized, and also has another zipper pocket behind it!. Flap over the top has black suede whipstitching, it is also ornamental, as underneath is a zip-top for main compartment.
