Marley Wong is a self educated artist, who believes this is why she has no boundaries with art. She has been creating with fiber and beads since she was very young. Her work is inspired with the colors of the California desert where she lives. Every gemstone in Marley's jewelry is hand picked, worked into a finished design by weaving or knotting, combining techniques of micromacrame and cavandoli, and the result is ONE OF A KIND ~ TRULY!

Stunning micromacrame woven necklace is 16 inches long, but with wirewrapped extenders can be worn up to 19.5 inches, sterling shepherd hook clasp. The centerpiece is a 2.25 inch pendant of AMMONITE, AMETHYST, BLUE TOPAZ and dark GREEN TOURMALINE set in sterling silver. The nylon cord colors are bright orchid, brick, mossy brown, turquoise and lime. They gather large chunks of CITRINE, rough cut AMETHYST nuggets, dark faceted GARNET. Smaller stones include AMETHYST, GARNET, LABRADORITE, OLIVE JADE, CALCITE, GOLDSTONE, HEISHI SHELL. Charms in sterling and pewter with beads of copper and golden glass lend a multi-metal motif within the colors.

Fabulous micromacrame woven necklace is 17 inches long, but with wirewrapped extenders can be worn up to 21 inches, sterling shepherd hook clasp. The major irregularly shaped gemstones are TURITELLA AGATE (also known as fossil stone, as the minerals and elements have worked around fossil shells over the years to make the rich designs). The TURITELLA are polished shiny, and reveal wonderful colors of brown, ivory and translucent gray. The nylon cord colors are dark and light brown, pewter gray and taupe. They gather up other elements including JASPER, TIGERS EYE, SMOKY TOPAZ, HEISHI SHELL, GOLDSTONE, sterling and copper beads, charms of leadfree pewter. Overall design is about 1 inch wide wrapping around the neck.
