Wheel-thrown and pit-fired, it is a lighter weight and porous construction, not suitable for liquids. The finish includes stains and rubbing with special oils for a natural smooth surface like a buffed wood, and the colors are richly natural. 9 x 6 inches, black leopard spots on golden tan.

It will hold liquid (white glazed interior), but is not designed to pour, better as a vase. The square detachable top can be used to burn cone-shaped incense. These are hand-built slab ceramic, the exterior is distressed like charcoal gray concrete with shallow craters, craters have cornflower blue and cobalt glazes. Tall vase is 15 inches (without top), short is 13 inches.
