In 1994, Janyl Adair Sherman began designing her jewelry line SARDA, named after her great-great grandmother. As the designer, Janyl buys interesting and high quality stones then begins drawing. She works closely with her Indonesian silversmiths to finish the jewel in shining sterling silver.
