1-1/4 inch disk was made from the skeletons and slices of natural SHELLS worked into an ivory color resin that looks much like mother-of-pearl on the back. The disk swings open freely from the stiff sterling silver cuff, then closes on a hook. About 2-5/8 inches across the cuff, it is a medium-large size (not suited to petite wrist).
